About the property
It’s a shared room with so 2 bed is vacant but we are sharing with other 1 flatmates,we have 2 bedrooms. We are all clean and friendly!!
I’m only looking for a person to rent for 6 months or long term. So it’s perfect for students, and working holiday or anyone still looking for a place to stay. Couples are also welcome!!
If you want to solo the room the price would be $1400 monthly bills is not included
If you want it to be shared room it’s 720 monthly each per person bills is not included as well. We pay here every 28 days not exactly 30 days as we pay in advance.
electricity is every fortnight and waterbill is every 2 months. It is not expensive as if we are gonna divide it by three. And if you good how to manage the water bill then we can save.
