About me-
Living in Melbourne for about 8 years now and working full time in IT as an analyst.
I am the only one living in this 2 bed room apartment and looking for a housemate. I am clean and organised and respect the privacy of others but always willing to chat or lend a hand to help if needed.
About the apartment-
The apartment is fully furnished so you don’t have to bring a thing to move in here. It includes TV, washing machine with dryer, couch, bed, microwave, high speed internet and all the furnishings needed. It’s in a high rise building on level 25 with gorgeous views of the city and the building is equipped with gym, pool and a 24x7 concierge for support.
Bills- Additional to rent which includes internet, gas and electricity. ~40 per week
About the location-
The location is very central to cafes, bars, groceries (Woolworths) all less than 100 m walking and the tram stop right outside.
About the housemate -
I’m looking for a quiet, respectful and a like minded individual (no gender preference) to share the house with but also is busy in their own work/lifestyle.
Duration- Minimum 3 months stay to a maximum of 12 months. 1 month Rent and 3 weeks bond upfront required along with photo id copy for transparency.
Notice- 1 month notice and rent calculation done on pro rata basis until movie out.
