This is a lease transfer from march 2026 to march 2027.
Bills are included as the parking is rented out at 300$ per month which almost always covers the bills. So you can expect 150$ per month to cover bills and keep what’s left :)
We have a lovely home here in southbank, I’m moving places and want to transfer my lease. It will be available from march 5th but can accommodate and earlier move in.
Only the room will be unfurnished.
The rest of the house is well equipped with kitchen utensils, kettle, air fryer, washing machine, dryer and oven.
I want someone who is respectful
and friendly.
And I’ve got an amazingly chill roommate who’s studying full time at unimelb. He is very respectful, kind and the best balance between having good convos, giving you your own space, watching great movies together and much more :)
