About the property
As someone who has recently moved from Perth to Melbourne 6 months ago, I couldn't ask for a better suited apartment in terms of location. Tram stops virtually on the door step. Woolworths, South Melbourne strip and shopping centres less than a 10 minute walk, and the Yarra River only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and I also have a great coffee machine!
Rent is $390 per person per week, payable monthly ($1,694.50 per person per month). Bills are approx $130 each per month (internet, gas, electricity).
Move in date can be slightly flexible, but not before February 24th.
