About the property

Please note: the photos show the property unfurnished, as we’ll be moving in at the begining of January. You’re welcome to bring your own bedroom furniture, or we’re happy to arrange this for you if needed.

Located in Southbank, the apartment sits in a quiet street while still being right in the heart of Melbourne. The building features a shared indoor garden, as well as a gym and swimming pool.

The location is a major highlight:
- 15-minute walk to Flinders Street Station
- 5 minutes to trams on St Kilda Road, with excellent CBD access
- Walking distance to the Royal Botanic Gardens, Yarra River, and Southbank Promenade
- Surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and everyday amenities
- Easy access to the CBD, Arts Precinct, and Melbourne’s best walking and cycling paths

It’s a great spot if you enjoy a balance of city living and green spaces.

About the flatmates

I work full-time at an architecture studio in Burnley. Outside of work, I’m usually learning new things on my laptop, playing outdoor sports, or exploring new spots around Melbourne. I also enjoy the occasionally going out for a drink with mates.

About you
We’re looking for someone who is social and enjoys sharing a home, while also being respectful of everyone’s schedules and downtime.

We value a safe, friendly, and relaxed household. We like to keep common areas clean and tidy, and we expect our new flatmate to respect agreed house guidelines so everything runs smoothly.

If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you
