About the property
The apartment is lovely, clean with a great view of the bay! It has two bedrooms, one bathroom a kitchen and small living space. Wifi is included and has an excellent air conditioner in both rooms. It has a beautiful pool which is where I spend most of my time in summer! It also has a small gym which is perfect for women. The location is amazing close to literally everything, cafes and restaurants on the river, south Melbourne markets, 3 tram stops, the botanical gardens and obviously like 10min walk to flinders.
The room is currently furnished but can be unfurnished if requested. Bills aren’t included but are usually under $50 per month. Bond is $1000 and you will be on a 6 month lease.

I work in hospitality full time across the road from the apartment. When I’m not working I’m exercising, out dancing, swimming in the pool, brunching, at the local happy hour, exploring the city making the most of my days off.
