Literally a 4-minute walk away from Springvale Station - super convenient but also hidden from main roads so very quiet. Additionally, bus stops are next to the station that can take you to the nearby Monash University, Glen Waverley or Chadstone Shopping Centre, or Chelsea Beach.
The bedroom available can fit a queen size bed, desk next to a window, and is unfurnished. Happy to organise a bed and help you furnish. You will be sharing the bathroom with a super friendly fella named Ian who also works full time.

Flexible with furnishings. Plenty of on-street parking is available and very close by. There's also a nice balcony with table and chairs to sip on those morning coffees.

Hey there, my name is Simon. I'm 25 and work full-time in the mental health sector. I'm looking for a housemate to move into my townhouse I recently purchased!
I work half the week from home and half in the office. Every week night I'll be either training jiu jitsu or at the gym, and on weekends I'll mostly be out and about either with friends or out exploring the city or somewhere in nature.
