​Single Occupancy: $300 / week
​Couple or 2 Friends: $250 / week per person
​Bond: $300 (Refundable upon move-out if no issues occur. Details provided at booking.)
​Minimum Stay: 8 weeks (Negotiable)
​Bills: Included (Electricity, gas, water, and unlimited Wi-Fi)

​Furnishings: Single beds, bookshelf, wardrobe, bedding/pillows, desk, lamp, and chair.
​Bathrooms: Located in the main house. We have two bathrooms, so there is rarely a wait.
​Parking: Off-street parking available.
​Location & Lifestyle
​Springvale is a vibrant area with a great Asian atmosphere. You’ll have easy access to fresh seafood, Japanese groceries, delicious Vietnamese cuisine, and plenty of bubble tea shops. Cheap hair and nail salons are also a plus!
​Shopping: Woolworths and ALDI are within walking distance.
​Library: A beautiful, cozy library is just a 5-minute walk away.
​Transport: * Approx. 30-minute walk to Springvale Station (or a short bus ride from the nearby stop with frequent services).
​7 mins by train to Clayton Station / 40 mins to the City.
​Inspections
​Because we both work, we prefer starting with a Video Inspection via video call app to save time for both parties. We can show you the room and common areas live. If you prefer to see the room and the neighborhood in person to get a feel for the size and atmosphere, you are more than welcome to visit!
