I am a scientist working full time in Monash. I stay in this property with another female friend who also work full time in Monash. Both of us from Malaysia. One male tenant from Brazil. We are clean, tidy and respect others privacy. Our house is pets and smoking free. We used to stay in shared house, so we do respect others culture and privacy. Short stay such as working holiday, exchange student or short travel is welcome too. Bus stop is 2minutes walking distance outside the main street, located near Springvale shopping centre and Springvale train station. Take around 15mins drive to Monash clayton campus.
