House is reasonably clean, peaceful and aesthetically neat (with plants) and therefore prefer housemate who love to share this similar habits with a positive demeanour.

House 

1. Large beautiful garden with orchids all around the property, long spacious driveway with parking inside the property.
2.Living environment is very spacious, well-ventilated, organised with plenty of natural light pouring in.
3. Whole House is centrally heated during the cold weather.
3. Generous built-in storage space.
4. Large Laundry room with Washer and Dryer 
5. All appliances are near new, large capacity. 
6. Separate bathroom and toilet

1. The property is properly maintain, neat and spacious.
2. Pet free and Smoke free living environment. 

The Room

1. Good-size room, airy and bright, floor to ceiling window overlooking the garden.
2. All door lockset and furnitures are fitted out with selective quality pieces; solid large desk, overhead large wall book shelf, nightstand, single size ensemble bed and large built-in wardrobe with full length mirrors and drawers.
3. Room is very user-friendly with added light fixtures and power sockets all within arm reach.
4. Room is well shaded (with covered verandah), added comfort during summer and have lovely view of the garden.

1. 5 mins drive to Springvale central/station. 
2. Short walk to bus stop (no.902, 813) on Springvale rd to Springvale central/station. 
3. short walk to Mc Donald, Aldi
4. 15 mins drive to Monash, Clayton (8.4km) 
5. 20mins drive to Holmesglen, Tafe, Moorabbin (11.3km) 

Rental 

$210 per week pcm (Rent includes all bills + wireless internet) 
Room for One person stay only.
Minimum stay: over 6 months
