Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry, TV lounge room, garage, garden are all shared areas between housemates.
The property has a washing machine and outside clothesline so you can wash and dry your clothes.
Have a garage if you need extra storage space.
Have carport and driveway if you you need to park your car.
The house is a 10 minute walk from St Albans and Keillor plains train stations, 10 minute walk from shops, chemists, shopping strip, 15 minutes from Woolworths and McDonald’s, 25 minutes walk to Coles, ALDIs and KFC.
I have roller shutters, so you can keep warm during the Winter months and keep the cool during Summer months and you can sleep in the darkness all day if you want with the shutters down.
All my housemates say I am very friendly, easy going, easy to talk to, talkative and easy to live with. I’m always up for a chat if you love to chat. And I also am aware you love your alone time for yourself.
My place is very peaceful and quiet neighbours. So if you’re looking for a nice, quiet room and with friendly housemates, then this place is for you.
All my housemates love home cooking, enjoy cleaning after themselves, love staying at home and being home bodies, love their alone time and enjoy the occasional chats with to me about anything.
I am looking for friendly housemates who respect other people's personal space, who cleans after themselves and are considerate of other housemates and are just nice people and who don't mind a little chat here and there and also like their alone time too as we're all humans that need retreat and downtime everyday.

About the flatmates
I am a 41 years old single straight female, full time office worker, working 5 days a week in the city. I don’t have a car. I catch the train to work. I am looking at housemates who acknowledge that I go to bed at 7.30pm, who sleep similar time or are just respectful and quiet around this time or just quiet overall. I like to cook my meals for work and will clean up after myself immediately and ensure kitchen area is clean for my other housemates to use. I would like my housemates to enjoy cooking and to clean after themselves for other housemates to use and just be considerate of each other.
Bills are not included in rent. Bills will be split between all housemates for fairness. Therefore the less utilities we spend, we less we each person will pay which works out for all of the housemates in which all my housemates previously have very enjoyed.
I prefer you to see your friends, family, dating partner, visitors outside the house in which all my previous housemates really enjoy as well.
