The rent is $867 per month ($200/week) INCLUDING bills and unlimited internet.
We have 1 room for rent in a three bedroom, two bathroom dwelling with plenty of parking.
Two rooms are currently tenanted with a brother and a brother and we're seeking similar candidate who are neat, tidy, mature and respectful for the 3rd room.
You'll be sharing the HOUSE with 2 other tenants only and the bathroom with only 1 other person only.
The rooms are furnished, all you need to move in are your clothes, personal belonging and a friendly nature.
For everyone peace of mind, all rooms have locks and the successful applicants will provide proof of employment/income, copy of government issued ID and sign a Tenancy agreement.
Everyone in the house treats each other with respect and this is a non negotiable. We aim to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone because that's what a home should be.
