Home currently occupied the owner and one other, both male in their early 30s.
I am a male working full time in allied health. Melbourne born and raised, with an European background. Very clean, polite, respectful and honest. Likes music (there is a piano in the home) is good on the BBQ, and spends time at the gym. The house is quiet, I mostly keep to myself so there are never any parties or strange people coming through the house.
Current house mate is a male 30 year old real estate agent who works 6 days a week. Also extremely quite respectful and keeps to himself but always up for a polite chat. We have both been living together for about 9 months with no issues whatsoever.
Ideal flatmate would need to be pet free, child free and have stable employment. Cleanliness is a necessity. Best suited to someone occupied with work or studies. I am understanding of a partner staying over from time to time.
