The room has its own reverse cycle aircons so you have aircon for summer and a heater for summer. Rent is $949 all bills included per month, nothing else to pay.
The house is 5 min by bus to Sunshine main shopping centre. Sunshine station is 6 min by bus. You can park your car on the drive way. Highpoint Shopping Centre is 12 min away by car. Schools and employment opportunities are never too far away.
Also, think of this house as a hotel room. Everything you need are here: kitchen has gas cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, dinning table and chairs. Laundry has washing machine so you dont need to go outside. There is an undercover area to hang your washing away from rain or dust. Also a large backyard with plenty of undercover area; an ideal space for a quiet drink, fresh air and the afternoon sun.
Your bedroom comes with a comfortable bed, a small desk, a chair, built-in wardrobe, window with curtain and blind. 'All you have to do is sleep' as they say. Another good thing about furnished room: when you decide to leave, you dont have to worry about selling your furniture or belongings.

About the flatmates
We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our shared house in Sunshine (Vic 3011) with three other housemates.
Our housemates are from India, Vietnam, Thailand, Philipines, S Korea, Japan, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, China, Singapore, New Zealand, Italy, France, England, Sth Africa, in short, all over the world. Most housemates are working and studying part-time. We highly value people who are respectful, patient and understanding.
If you like a quiet household with a warm and pleasant vibe where everyone is open, friendly, respectful of other's space, loves to keep things nice and clean, always up for a chat with other housemates and value their friendship, we'd love to meet you to see if you will be a good fit in our shared-house family.
All bills are included. All rooms are furnished. Internet is typically 100 Mbit/s. You don't have to worry about things breaking down or not working as we will fix minor problems (eg. blocked sink, blown lights) mostly within the same day.

We are a team of three people: myself, my wife and our son. We have been running student accommodations since 1999. To date, we have set up two shared houses: Footscray and Sunshine. Our shared houses are more than just hotel rooms. They ara a home away from home for our housemates, where everyone can feel safe, protected and respected. Housemates are encouraged to look after one another, take responsibility for looking after the house and build connections and friendship with others through open communications and mutual respect.
