Looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed 2 bath 1 garage newly built townhouse in Sunshine North, located in the middle of Ginifer and Albion train stations (Google Luma Sunshine North). The place is fully furnished including a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge, a dishwasher etc.
The room available is a ground floor bedroom with a huge built-in robe. It has a desk, a chair, a lamp, a bedside table and a King-Single sized Koala mattress with a bed base.
We are looking for someone who can
- preferably stay long term (4 months+), but can be flexible
- pay the bond ($1,000) up front
- pay the calendar monthly rent ($230 x 52 / 12 = $996.65), which includes all the bills (water, gas, electricity, and FTTP NBN internet 1000/50)
- supply valid IDs, a police check, a credit check and emergency contacts - I can pay for your police check and credit check
- clean the dishes, bedroom and bathroom thoroughly and promptly on a regular basis
- stay quiet at weeknights past 11pm
- have the common sense and courtesy to say 'thank you', 'my bad' at times
- have the manners to let us know in advance if you are bringing a friend over, especially at night
