Looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed 2 bath 1 garage newly built townhouse in Sunshine North, located in the middle of Ginifer and Albion train stations (Google Luma Sunshine North). The place is fully furnished including a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge, a dishwasher etc.
The room available is a ground floor bedroom with a huge built-in robe. It has a desk, a chair, a lamp, a bedside table and a King-Single sized Koala mattress with a bed base.
We are looking for someone who can
- preferably stay long term (4 months+), but can be flexible
- pay the bond ($1,000) up front
- pay the calendar monthly rent ($230 x 52 / 12 = $996.65), which includes all the bills (water, gas, electricity, and FTTP NBN internet 1000/50)
- supply valid IDs, a police check, a credit check and emergency contacts - I can pay for your police check and credit check
- clean the dishes, bedroom and bathroom thoroughly and promptly on a regular basis
- stay quiet at weeknights past 11pm
- have the common sense and courtesy to say 'thank you', 'my bad' at times
- have the manners to let us know in advance if you are bringing a friend over, especially at night
Apologies for pet-owners, couples, smokers and e-smokers. The place is not 420 friendly nor any other drugs for that matter.

Hi, I am Ryan. I am a 36M IT professional working in the city (WFH 2 days a week) and currently living with my partner Tammy (30F). Tammy is currently studying patisserie and working. I have been living in a sharehouse environment for over 20 years.
Both of us are ambiverts who can respect others' privacy but also don't mind hanging out together from time to time. We love discovering and trying best cafes and restaurants around Melbourne. We are usually quiet, clean and are just down to earth easy going people.
We're on the lookout for a like-minded flatmate to join our space. Our ideal tenant is/does
- Prioritise smoke-free (incld e-smoke), calm environment. Strictly no drugs of any kind.
- Not into frequent parties or extensive cooking
- Have the basic food safety and handling knowledge
- Values cleanliness and willing to share responsibilities including cleaning the house weekly
- Doesn't take more than 20 minutes in the bathroom

- Able to socialise while respecting privacy (no hermits please)

You will be given your own key and your own room with a King-Single mattress with a bed base, a reverse cycle air conditioner, a built-in robe, a lamp, a bedside drawer, a small desk and a chair. You will also have your own bathroom (that has a shower).
The rent is inclusive of all the bills (water, gas, electricity, and FTTP NBN internet 1000/50)
