We live in a 4 BDRM 4 Bathroom house in Sunshine North and have a room to fill!
Located only 3 mins walk from the 408 bus to approx 10 min to Sunshine station then 20min train to the city. Di works in the CBD so can carpool in morning to the station.
ABOUT THE ROOM!
Large room with double built in robe and split system aircon. Already has a double bed which we cant remove as the screws are jammed and cannot take bed apart. you just need all other furniture but can fit a desk easily! It’s new and very large!
We also have solar power and a veggie garden out back and a maltese x poodle dog he very chill 6yo.

Di who is a 34yo banker who works from home who sews
And Noodle who is a 7 yr old Maltipoo loves to go for walks and keep you company. Doesn’t shed and hypoallergenic
We are a pretty chill but also social bunch who hang out together and would like someone who isn’t afraid to chill out, watch anime and eat food.
We’re generally doing our own thing and like catch ups now and again if we all home at the same time
The girls are in the main house and Sam only comes in to use kitchen :)
