About the property

I'm looking for a flatmate who is a NON-SMOKER, NON-DRINKER AND STRICT VEGETARIAN/VEGAN ONLY.

A fully furnished home (room unfurnished). Details are

• $250/week, about $1087/month
• Bills split equally (electricity, water and gas). Place comes with NBN and happy to discuss about WiFi options. Bills have always been super cheap!
• 3-bedrooms,
• 2 BRAND-NEW ensuite bathrooms and 2 toilets,
• Huge living room,
• The room comes with large built-in wardrobes. Bedrooms are quite large that you can comfortably be able to fit a queen bed, side tables, a tallboy and will still have extra space to move around,
• Plenty of natural light,
• Outdoor space with deck,
• Central heating, and each room has it's own split system unit,
• 20 minutes car ride to city,
• 6 minutes’ walk to the nearest train station, and takes 20 minutes train-ride to Melbourne CBD,
• 8-10 minutes’ walk to bus 400, 420, 422 and 427, and less than 10 minutes to a freeway entrance/exit. And definitely not close enough that you can hear any of it!

About the flatmates

I am a Life Science consultant living alone. I consider myself an extrovert who enjoys being active, though I tend to keep to myself at times. As a vegetarian/vegan, I love cooking at home. My hobbies include hiking, participating in both outdoor and indoor sports, gardening, and watching TV shows and movies. I don’t smoke or drink and prefer not to party, so I’m looking for flatmates who share similar lifestyle choices.
