Sunshine West is very green, quiet and on-street parking is very easy!

My husband and I lived here for 7 years and worked really hard to turn this house into a home with a beautiful front and back garden with 8+ fruit trees. We have recently moved interstate, and were lucky enough to find 2 amazing humans to occupy 2 of the rooms. We are looking for a 3rd one to fill the last room :)

The house, in a nutshell:

- Comfortable living room, with beautiful views of the garden and afternoon sun.
- 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom.

- Beautiful backyard garden with plenty sitting room. We love sitting outdoors in spring and summer.

We are located:
- 10 mins walk from Sunshine 24/7 (massive 24hr gym)
- 5 min walk from Buckingham reserve (stunning reserve with a beautiful creek!)
- 16 min walk from IGA (small supermarket)
- 25 min walk (or 7 min car drive) from Sunshine train station
- 7 min car ride from 2 supermarkets, Bunnings, Big W, Sunshine Marketplace, and all the amazing restaurants in Sunshine. (We are always happy to recommend our favourites!)
- 12 min car drive from Cliffhangers (climbing gym)

Our ideal 3rd tenant:
- Nice, respectful humans that are good communicators.
- Happy to share a laugh, a chat or a meal (if everyone feels like it!)
- Clean - can keep their own space and shared spaces clean.
- Full-Time employees that work full-time or mainly on-site, and not from home.
