- Respectful and very clean (experience with shared housing preferred; bonus if you’re a bit OCD/germ-conscious)
- A working individual (or full-time student + working)
- Quiet and considerate, especially at night (we are both light sleepers)
- Non-smoker and non-drinker — we prefer someone with similar values
- Able to match our calm, low-key lifestyle and routine
