The property will be shared by 2 other females (one is currently away and another will be going away soon, hence the choice of room), a young university student and a working professional. The ideal person would be a clean, tidy working professional or a student. Your current flatmates enjoy a peaceful, active lifestyle, with trips to the gym, cafes, long walks and creating new healthy food recipes.
Internet, water, gas, and electricity bills, as well as common cleaning supplies, are extra at around $25 - $35 per week and can be added to the rent if you prefer to pay a fixed price.
