About the flatmates
Brand new 4 bedroom house in Tarneit, 2 spacious furnished rooms available with spacious walk-in wardrobes. Both rooms come with a bed and mattress. (if you want to bring your own furniture in, you are welcome to do that).
1 Masterbed Ensuite also comes avaialble.
Advertised rent is for a single person. A couple can be considered with a higher rent.
4 people in the house altogether, preferably females (2 gals and 1 male at the moment).
Serene environment. Shopping strip for essentials (milk bar, spices, fresh food etc) is a 4 to 5 minutes walk on main Tarneit Road.
2-3 minutes drive from Tarneit Train Station and Tarneit Central Shopping Centre (3KM).
Flexi bus service (on demand PTV from 6am to 930 pm). If you work odd hours, you must have a car or be willing to catch an Uber or a Taxi as there is no public transport outside of the above mentioned hours.

6am – 9.30pm Monday to Friday
7am – 9.30pm Saturday and Public Holidays
8am – 9.30pm Sunday, Good Friday and Christmas Day
