Recently renovated home with two bedrooms available in a separate living space at the rear of the property. The house is divided into two areas to provide privacy while sharing essential amenities.

The picture of the furnished room is the one available, can be rented furnished or unfurnished.

Property Layout:
The front section of the house is reserved for myself, with my own kitchen and laundry, so I will rarely need to use anything on the tenanted side of the house.
The rear section, where you will be living, includes:
Kitchen (shared very infrequently with myself when I need some more space)
Bathroom and toilet
Laundry
Two bedrooms (~3.5m x 3m each) with built-in robes
Access into the property is via the motorised garage roller doors or a side gate with a combination lock. From there we have fingerprint locks on the laundry doors that you can enter with (all keyless if you want it to be)

Must be comfortable with dogs in the house (Randy a well trained toy cavoodle and potato a 6 month old toy poodle). They roam between each side and outside via doggy doors.
