3 bedroom townhouse in a very quiet and great location - close to shops (Macedon plaza) and transport.
Have two vacant rooms but wanting to get one rented out for now.
Price includes room (bills not included) plus access to bathroom, house has two toilets, kitchen, living area and rear courtyard.
There is no need for anything other than bedroom furniture. The rest of the house is furnished.
