About the property
The house is a double brick home in a cul-de-sac. The lounge and kitchen, bathroom and laundry are fully furnished. I have no pets, do not host parties and do not smoke. There is central heating/cooling and AC in the lounge.
There is a large backyard and I take pride in the garden. Also, there are lots of fruit trees, which I am happy to share the fruits when they are ripe!
There is a garage, car port and driveway that will easily fit three cars.
We are a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to Thomastown station. It is a 8-10 minute drive to RMIT and La Trobe campuses. Costco is 10 minutes drive and the CBD is 25minutes away. The bus to Epping plaza is just 2 minutes walk.
