About the place:
The room/rental includes everything you need, all utilities, fibre internet (Gigabit!) with full redundancy, etc. It's not a misleading ad claiming cheaper rent and then utility bills and consumables, laundry costs etc. pile on top (and are increasing-especially with personal air-conditioning/heating costs).

It's a newly built house, not a cramped, stinky/cheap apartment. Its garden is in progress, and it has awesome indoor and outdoor dining and living area(s).

All rooms have their OWN bathroom and toilet.

Each room is fully airconditioned and heated with personal controls, and ALL amenities available. Modern, fully furnished, awesome cupboard with shoe rack and hangers, desk, etc. A bizillion TV channels in room included with Chromecast as well as NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME MOVIES (all the trash TV and movies in the world you knew you never wanted!) - All this is included!

Parking outside is plenty and free, safe. and directly out front.

We are surrounded by parklands, and kangaroos. Yes, we are not far away from the city and yet the odd 'roo can be seen hopping down our street!

Thomastown Station and Upfield train stations are a 8/10 min scooter/bike ride. You're guaranteed a seat at Upwey station if you work in the city. We have 2 E-bikes and 2 E-Scooters for use and readily available. Bus transport is also close by. Car-wise it's really easy travelling too, only a few minutes to the Ring road and Hume freeway.

We have three adorable puppies who are kept nearly obsessively clean, fully house trained and trimmed (allergy free) - "model" dogs and while we are away, they usually have several people who want to look after them, so don't worry about looking after if you're not used to it, they're very well loved by everyone around us, but they will make you love them!

We are in the entertainment/travel industries.

We usually meet up for a coffee and chat outdoors at a local café, then go to inspect the property. Don't worry, it's not an interview. We do that bit to make sure your potential occupancy can work out and highlight any potential issues right from the start.

We're not desperate on having just anybody come in - but we're really easy-going and prefer people who we can get along with and be comfortable around.

We provide everything: high speed dual redundancy internet (that means we have a gigabit fibre connection with a backup high speed wireless one too!), bed sheets (quality ones), towels (huge ones), toilet paper (quality 2+ ply!), clothes hangers, even playing chips for blackjack and it won't cost you extra like other places! if you lose in blackjack, then I'll even throw in a box of tissues!

Flu/Infections note: Even to this day, we are still limiting access in the household to non-residents due to our professional trades. Once we get to know you, that is likely to change. However, if your idea of a place is your sanctuary and where you come to unwind and clear your mind, it's a perfect fit.
