I have two available rooms with build-in wardrobe, faces north and has plenty of sunlight. You room is not directly adjacent to other bedrooms so it’s quite and private. You only need to share a bathroom and toilet.

The property is perfectly situated between Melton Station(7.5 kms away) and Rockbank Station (6km). Therefore the house is just close to public transport. Major Shopping is within a 10-minute drive, central square Mall. There is a Woolworths within 2 kilometres. The area is quiet with nearby gym facilities. The house has full kitchen facilities and utensils.

If you drive, you can park in the front yard, there are plenty of space or I have an extra space available in the garage.

I seek roommates that are honest, reliable and friendly. I don't mind a chat but normally I do my own thing and expect the same to anyone that moves into this share house. Looking for a female who has a good life routine, keep quiet in the early morning and late night. I do expect you to be clean and to keep your room and toilet and bathroom clean.
