The house is a spacious four bedroom house with a common bathroom and separate powder room that will be shared amongst the house mates. Longer stays are preferable as I would prefer stability in the household.
The house has 3 common areas, and you can choose to set up your work from home set up in one of them if you like.
There's a grill outside which you're welcome to use and a natural lawn with a bunch of citrus trees (it will be 2 years before they will start to fruit though)
The room is lockable with a key for your privacy. Additional furnishing like a desk, chair and chest of drawers can be arranged depending on your requirement. Linen and other consumables are not a part of the rent.
Normally there would be 4 people (incld me) in the household in total.
You are welcome to use the Netflix account in the lounge, as well as the Xbox (I have a catalog of over 100 games!) and Nintendo Switch!
The house has high speed fibre - 500 Mbps internet connectivity, with a bus stop that is 5 mins by walk from where you can reach Tarneit or Williams Landing station. The nearest Coles is 7 minutes away by car. And within 15 mins drive you can get to almost all amenities

Housemate 1:
I'm a professional who works in the city. I'm generally quiet and keep to myself, but I'm open to chatting and being social (ambivert alert!), but will give you your space. It is not a party house (all residents over 30), guests are welcome for day visits, but it is expected that everyone in the household is given a heads up (I will do the same!) as I want it to be a safe space for everyone.
On a personal front, I try and go to the gym or swim everyday and spend my weekends busying myself around the house or going on hikes.
I like to keep my place clean and tidy. An overarching rule of the house is to leave a place the way you found it. Outside shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the house.
I want everyone to feel comfortable as though the place is their home. Communication is key and I appreciate clear and honest feedback.
Whilst I don't have any pets, my neighbour's Birman (cat) does come over for a weekly inspection from time to time. He's super friendly and will be kept away from your private spaces.

My partner lives with me and works in the Western suburbs. Enjoys yoga, and likes spending time at home watching movies if she's not studying.
