I’m a friendly and easy-going person who values cleanliness, respect, and positive vibes at home. I work full-time, so the house stays quiet and peaceful most of the time.
You’ll be sharing the house with other people working fulltime, and every room comes with its own door lock for privacy and security. You’ll only be sharing the toilet and bathroom with one or two people living in the adjacent room. To reduce the stress of cleaning duties, we take care of cleaning the toilet and bathroom once a week.
I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate, and able to treat the place like their own home. As the landlord, my expectations are simple: respect each other, keep shared spaces clean, and help maintain a calm and comfortable living environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
