Our beautiful home features a big open concept kitchen, a nice dining/living area and a large outdoor space. We do also have a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine!
Our place is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the nearest bus stop, offering a direct route to Williams Landing train station. From there, you can enjoy a quick and efficient train ride into the city, taking approximately 35 minutes. If you drive, we have plenty of street parking too so not to worry!
The residence comes fully furnished — except your new room, allowing you to personalize it to your liking. Bills, including electricity, gas, water, and internet, will be split evenly among the 4 of us.

Hi future housemate! You’ll be living with me and Jack, both in our mid-late twenties plus a cute little fluffy cat in a comfortable, spacious and bright house (so someone who is cat-friendly is essential!)
We all lead pretty busy lives juggling work and life, so our house is our little safe haven where we can enjoy our downtime.
We are a non-smoking and drug-free household, and live a more quiet kind of life, and is definitely NOT a party house. So if you lead a more serene lifestyle and can be considerate of shared spaces, that would be a perfect fit for us.
