About the property
The house is brand new and is provided with all what you may need in the kitchen and common areas.
The house has 4 rooms, the master bedroom and 3 smaller bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the other bedrooms share a bathroom.
I am renting master bedroom and 2 of the smaller bedrooms, because at this stage I do not want an overcrowded house and want that occupants feel comfortable and with space. The empty bedroom is used to storage anything anyone need to store.
One of the smaller rooms are available to rent, and will be available from Monday September 15th. The rent should be paid fortnightly.
The house is huge and has plenty of space, so if you work from home, you can set up your office outside of your room.
Everyone is responsible to keep the house clean, however someone will be hired to clean deeply all areas, including your bedrooms if you allow it.
The house is near Manor Lakes (8 min drive) and Harpley Centre (7 minutes), which have restaurants, Coles, Kmart, Woolworths, Laundromats, bakeries, etc., and Wyndhan Vale Station (opposite to Manor Lakes.

Hi!
My name is Javier. I am from Colombia and work in engineering full time. I am now renting the house by rooms to provide more flexibility.
At this stage one of the 2 small bedrooms is taken by Marife who has a lovely cat, and the master bedroom is rented by a Hassan. Both of them work in a flexible arrangement (sometime from home and sometimes go to the their offices). They are clean and quiet people.
Marife and Hassan use the garage, therefore you will have to park outside.
About the potential housemate who wants one of the small bedrooms, I am happy almost with anyone who wanna come, my main request is that you are clean, take care of the house and things within it, and pay the bills on-time. You can be single or a couple (if you're a couple then the price will be higher and we'll discuss about it), and you can have friends/partners visiting, however it's not a party house and I will not equip it for parties. If you're single you can have your partner to stay now a then but not daily.
The available room is initially not furnished, but if you need some furniture, let me know and I may be able to help. The house is huge and has plenty of space, so if you work from home, you can set up your office outside of your room, so you can separate the spaces. The house and kitchen has everything you may need for cooking, so you do not need to provide anything (unless there is something in particular you need).
