About the flatmates

Ensuite for your privacy.

I live in a townhouse with 2 cats in Werribee, near Victoria University and Melbourne University campuses and only 4-minute drive from Pacific Werribee Shopping Mall and everything it offers. I work full-time and would be happy to rent my additional private ensuite to a tidy and easygoing cat-loving student or professional. The cats are indoor only and have their toilet external to the home. You must love cats or at least be able to live respectfully with them as they are my children. I’m quiet and busy, so party people are not welcome. I don’t offer meals and rarely cook, but you will have your space in my large fridge and free access to the kitchen. You will also have access to the living room with TV, Netflix and backyard where I’m building a zen garden for meditation. WI-FI and bills included. There’s plenty parking available on the streets. I am responsible for the house cleaning. All I need is your cooperation by cleaning after yourself. It will be only you and me but my partner is a regular visitor and sleeps over sometimes. As I said, I have 2 cats so there’s no capacity for more animals in this house. Meaning: you’re NOT welcome if you have pets.

House Rules:
1-Must love and/or respect cats.
2-Doors must always be kept closed as cats are indoor only.
3-Clean after yourself.
4-No loud music or loud TV - feel free to use headphones.
5-No guests over.
6-No drugs, alcohol, cigarretes or vaping in the premises.
7-No shoes on the carpets or sofa.
8-Be considerate and polite. We don’t need to become best friends but if we happen to bump into each other saying good morning/night is good manners.
