Rent & bills (very reasonable but negotiable for the right person!):

Room 1: $175/week
Room 2: $200/week
Room 3 (ensuite/master): I'm currently using this one, but open to discussion if you're specifically after the ensuite (price would be higher)
Bills: Electricity mostly covered by solar (super low), water + gas split equally, unlimited superfast NBN fibre internet included – no extra setup or worries!
Bond: 1 month's rent
