The house is located in a quiet part of the neighbourhood, close to Werribee Plaza (walking distance), many many parks and dog parks, less than 10mins drive to Werribee/Hoppers Crossing Stn and less than 15mins drive to Wyndham Vale/Tarneit for V-line. There are bus stops, but having a car (or at least a bike) would make your commute easier from the property.
The house can be separated into the front (living room) and back area (kitchen and dining room). The two rooms are located at the rear part of the house with one bathroom to share. Toilet is separately accessible. There are air conditioning/heater at the common areas (one at dining area/kitchen, one at living room), but unfortunately not inside the bedrooms.
