It’s a 3 bedroom townhouse with a small backyard. There is a study upstairs with a bookshelf full of books, so if you’re into reading you’re welcome to use.
The townhouse is two storey with kitchen and loungeroom downstairs. It has a gas fire place, euro laundry, powder room and a small courtyard. Upstairs is 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The room I’m renting out comes with its own private bathroom. There is also a study upstairs that is free to use as well. It just stores my books!
The location is perfect for commuting to cafes and restaurants and shopping in neighbouring Barkly street and Yarraville.
Public transport options include buses on nearby Geelong road or a walk to Tottenham train station (20min). There is also West Footscray train station less than 5min drive away.
