**Female Flatmate Wanted for a spacious, quiet private room in MELB CITY with stunning views plus transport and shops at the doorstep**
Hi everyone, my friend is moving out and I’m looking for someone new to take over a room in this spacious apartment from Feb.
🌅Situated in a sweet spot, this is a very spacious corner apartment that has spectacular unblocked sunset views and a huge balcony - the rooms open up to the big balcony with 270-degree city skyline, green garden views of flagstaff gardens and harbour water views. It is only one of four on the same floor and has the best unobstructed views, hence blinds can be left open with no one across looking in.
📍The location is AMAZING! It’s central but still peaceful and quiet. Spencer Street Station, Flagstaff Station and tram stops are about 10mins walk in either direction. Also, North Melbourne station is about 15min walk away. There is a beautiful cafe on the ground floor for quick access to coffee and pastries, Queen Victoria Market is a 10min walk, Coles Spencer and Aldi are 10 min walk and Melbourne Central is just a 15 min walk away with hundreds of shops and food options available. Beautiful Flagstaff gardens is right beside the apartment - about a 5 min walk across the street.
🏡The apartment is about 180sqm, which is huge for a newish building. It has wooden floorboards in the living areas and beige carpet in the room. The white kitchen is fully fitted with Smeg appliances and plenty of storage for a city apartment. It has ducted heating and cooling in living areas and in each room.
☀️The rooms are bright and sizeable approx 3.3m x 4m with built-in robes, fully air-conditioned, carpeted, with lockable floor to ceiling glass doors. The room is fully furnished or can be removed if you are bringing your own room furniture.
🪴 The sunroom and further balcony attached to the room is a great bonus space that can be used as a WFH area, plant keeping or exercise area. You can see unblocked views of the sunset from the room.
🏋️🏊♂️The building is equipped with ample amenities, including bbq areas, a pool, full gym, a cinema room, a dry wood sauna (which I love) and an event room.
Bills split equally and are around $60 a month, including high-speed, unlimited NBN internet.

I am Allie, I'm a friendly easy going housemate. I love photography and exploring new places. I also lead a healthy lifestyle and eat quite healthy at home so will be baking paleo treats I could share! I like checking out new cafes and restaurants for their well-styled interiors and interesting dishes, am quite a foodie at heart. Art, design, music, films inspire me, as well as being in nature. Exercise is a daily thing for me so hiking is like mashing two potatoes with one fork.
I work as a pre-primary teacher and will mostly be quiet at home as I need to rest and recharge. I have a constant routine and will be out of the house weekdays at work and like to maintain the house as a clean, peaceful place to relax and unwind. I’m Christian and go to church on Sundays but am very respectful of other’s beliefs.
Other housemate is Hayeon~ working in media communications, and out at work 9-6 on weekdays. She is friendly, easy to chat with, very clean, neat and minimal. (:
My current lovely housemate is moving out and I will have one spare room with access to a big sunroom with glass doors and further balcony.
Looking for a new flatmate, preferably female in your 20s or 30s, who is friendly, independent, clean and trustworthy. Would be nice to find people with similar interests, but I am open minded.
I’d like to be friends with my housemates and share dinner or drinks together once a fortnight or so to catch up too. If you are new to Melbourne, it could be nice to go out and explore cafes and greater victoria together as I love discovering new places.
