I own the apartment and will be trialling living with my partner for a while, so this will be a private lease (not a sublet). I am looking potentially move back in so not too fussed on timelines and lengths of stays - let’s chat!

Bond: 1 month’s rent per tenant
Rent in advance: 2 weeks payable at bond transfer
Bond is lodged with the RTBA.

Lease term:
- Ideally 6 months+ for the right fit
- Stays under 2 months are welcome at $350 per week, otherwise as listed at $300 per week

- WiFi included until mid Feb when I move out, from which point I am happy to transfer into either one of the new tenants names.

Other bills are split monthly and average roughly $20 per person per week (I currently pay about $100 per month — this may vary slightly depending on usage and number of occupants). You can work out how best to do this when I’m fully out by mid Feb.

If you are available to move in end of Jan and have a friend that you’d like to move into the second room let me know asap. More than happy for you to meet the second tenant with me in first few weeks of Feb too !!

Relaxed and respectful home. No major rules — just mindful of frequent weekday guests (occasional visitors are totally fine).

Agency photos first with floorplan, then photos of it as is now with current furniture (will come partially furnished including couch, tv unit, wooden side table, single bed, white desk, brown bedside table and more) let me know if you’d like to remove !
