We have a medium-sized first floor bedroom perfect for a single person or a couple on a budget looking for clean, bright, comfortable, well-positioned, inner city accommodation.

PLEASE NOTE: It is an 8-room Victorian terrace house. You'll be sharing one kitchen and one bathroom (bathroom upstairs). Kitchen and bathroom are both in clean and tidy condition. As there's only one bathroom, it can get busy in the mornings.

- It's an upstairs room, and would comfortably accommodate one or two persons. It's medium-sized, clean, light, and bright.
- Free use of Wi-Fi
- The room has a lock so this is your own private area that you do not have to share and you simply have to share the kitchen and bathroom.
- These have been recently updated and have all the basics.
- It is a quiet house, not a party house. The other guests are all quiet working people.
- As it is a Victorian terrace house, it was built before cars were invented. Unfortunately, there is no off-street parking but there are plenty of on-street parking spots.
- Room has its own bar fridge for your food storage
- Communal coin-operated washing machine and free use of washing line to dry your clothes.

- The house is very well positioned directly across the road from Errol Street shops with its cafes, bakeries, restaurants, banks, pubs, and supermarket. Errol Street shops and tram at the door route # 57.
