We’re living in a clean and well-maintained apartment in West Melbourne, just next to the CBD. It’s a convenient location without the noise and crowds of the busy CBD.
The apartment is quiet and not a party house. We value a calm, respectful living environment and prefer a relaxed home where everyone feels comfortable.
The location is excellent — tram stops are nearby, with Coles, Aldi, Asian grocery stores and cafés all within walking distance. There’s also a park right across the road, which is great for fresh air and walks.
Rent:
• $430 per week for a single occupant (private room)
• $520 per week for a couple ($260 per person)
The bathroom is for private use. There are no extra facilities like a pool or gym, but the apartment offers great accessibility and a peaceful atmosphere.
We’re looking for someone clean, responsible and considerate, who appreciates a quiet home and respects shared spaces.
