Naz and I are moving into this gem of a place next weekend, and need someone to fill the spare room pronto.

The gaff is beautifully positioned, unbelievably close to the CBD without any of the CBD chaos or skyscrapers. Walk five minutes and you could find yourself at North Melbourne Station, Woolworths and/or Aldi. 10 min walk to Errol St, home of the Townie one of the best watering holes in Melb!

The room:
3.8m x 2.9m, unfurnished. Sharing a lovely bathroom with one other. Built in wardrobe. Access to shared study for WFH or creative pursuits!

You:
Looking for a young-ish professional (mid twenties-early thirties), preferably someone who's out more than they're in, at least during the week. Cool with friends coming through on the weekend and the occasional late night. Tidy, committed to keeping the place (at least shared spaces) close to spotless at all times!

Re couples:
Welcome to enquire, we could potentially shuffle some things around for the right people. Rent would be $200pp per week.

Finer details:
$325 per week. Bond is $1448. Being added to the lease is optional, at least intially. Move in date 15th Feb. Or at least paying rent from 15th Feb.
