Private Bedroom Suite: This private bedroom suite is on the first floor with its own coded entrance, enjoying two double beds, a walk in robe with mini fridge, a lovely balcony to watch the sunsets with an evening G&T, plantation shutters, timber floors and a gorgeous ensuite with double vanity, bath, shower and toilet. It has its own 55 inch TCL Smart TV and own split system reverse cycle air conditioner to combat the heat of the afternoon sun.

The whole home is appointed with ducted heating throughout, evaporative cooling, video intercom, timber floors, plantation shutters and regular cleaning.

There is a house membership to the local gym at Wyndham Waters Leisure Centre – tennis courts, outdoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym. An opportunity to rent out a car space in the large double garage for an additional cost. There is a garden shed if you bring a bike and want to store it safely.

In this quiet pocket within a no through road, metres to the Federation Trail bike and walking track, the 150 bus to Williams Landing train station and handy takeaways, minutes to Williams Landing Shopping Centre, lovely wetlands and parks and the RAAF Williams Laverton Base.
