Williams Landing, Melbourne

We’re renting out one room in our home. My husband and I live on the third floor, and the available room is on the ground floor, so there’s good privacy.
I work from home full-time, and my husband works from home around three days a week.
The room has its own attached bathroom. There’s also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The bathroom will be mainly used by you, though we and occasional visitors may use it from time to time.
The kitchen, dining area, and TV are on the second floor and are shared. You’re welcome to use all of these spaces.
The house is in a very convenient location — about a 5-minute walk to Williams Landing Station, around a 30-minute drive to the city, Woolworths within walking distance, and gym and other amenities close by.
