About the flatmates
I am a 57 year old female, and my partner is a 62 year old male.
We are very friendly and easy going and are both semi retired. We are into art, food and mountain bike riding and go away some weekends.
We have a friendly small 9 year old dog.
You would have your own living area with a comfy double recliner couch and huge smart TV. There is a new split system heater/air conditioner which is nice and quiet.
There are 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other a single bed.
You have your own renovated bathroom.
There is car parking on the property.
You have your own separate and lockable entrance.
We are located on the beach side of Nepean Highway. Walk to the cliff track which takes you to bird rock beach in about 15 mins.
You would use the main fully functional kitchen and have a whole fridge to yourself. There is also a microwave just for you in your area.
