Home owner is a young mid 60's man who works professionally, a Christian, lived in the Highlands for 20 odd years, previously lived in inner Sydney, likes to live healthily (good food and exercise), likes gardening, being outdoors, an introvert, likes chill music, supportive of peoples' aspirations!
Other flatmate is a 25 year old man working in Moss Vale, and has recently joined the house. He is very active and into strength training. There is also a mid thirties fellow living in a detached studio who works full time is quiet and keeps to himself.
Looking for a flatmate (male or female) who is respectful of others, keeps a tidy house, is fairly quiet and works full time. 3 months minimum stay or longer! References from previous and current home owner is preferred.
