We are looking for a friendly female or couple to rent out 1-2 of our rooms. We are offering one of the rooms (of your choosing) for $250, or if you’d like to rent both rooms it will be $350. We have a fully furnished house with one of the bedrooms available having the following furniture if required:
- Double bed frame and mattress
- bedside table
- Built in cupboard
- Desk & chair
The way that the house is set up will mean you will have primary access to your own bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet (will be used by guests or other housemates if they’d like to use the bath) and the top half of the house will basically be your own little area.
The bottom half of the house is where the kitchen, dining, and lounge room are, with the back of the house being where Josh and my study and bedroom is. The house has a nice manageable yard with an undercover area as well as free street parking all around. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a washing line out the back.
The house is positioned a quick 3 min drive away from your nearest shopping centre where you’ll find small restaurants, Woolworths, and Harrigans. With lots of walking tracks, parks and gyms nearby, it’s a great area to be social, but also relax in the quietness.

About the flatmates
Hey there, we’re Em & Josh🌻
We both work full time and arm works from home 2-3 days a week. We are both super clean people who love keeping the living space organised. We are both super friendly, bubbly people who will love to hang out and have a chat, but also appreciate quiet, alone time to charge our batteries after long days. When we are not at work you will find us at the gym, beach or doing our hobbies. Emily loves to perform, read and do the occasional arts and crafts while Josh likes to game, watch sports and hang out with the boys. We are not heavy party people, but can appreciate having friends over every now and then for a social night.
Our Fur babies:
Bliss and Dorothea are both inside-outside cats who are very adventurous and friendly. They are both super shy at first, but will end up giving you lots of cuddles on the couch. We are also planning on bringing in a puppy at some point this year.
