- less than 5km from the nearest beach (Dudley and Redhead are the closest)
- The house has shirtloads of space. There is a bottom level which allows for 2 cars, however we have all our junk neatly set up there (and plenty more room for yours!).We also have a modest gym you are welcome to use
-The house has two lounge room areas
- I work from home 2 days a week, you are welcome to use the office also when not in use. There is plenty of room in the house if you need your own office space
-Plenty of off street parking
-The neighbours either side are lovely
-The backyard is huge and perfect for get togethers. We have a veggie patch you can add to also
-The house is furnished and all bills are included. You will just need to bring a bed. We have a mattress you can use but don’t have a frame as shown in the photos
-The house has one large bathroom (freshly renovated) and an extra toilet downstairs
- Not accepting pets or smokers and we are only considering a single for the room

Vera here. I'm a 30 year old civil engineer working full time. Fairly active and adventerous. I am learning to surf, enjoy running, gymming, my scubadiving licence etc
I live with my partner Adam, a 37 year old surveyor working full time. He's an actual surfer, dabbles in golf/bikeriding/scubadiving and loves the Newcastle knights nearly as much as he loves me (I think)
We are both ambiverts- sociable and value quality time with friends and family. We both also enjoy chilling at home at times and we enjoy a tidy home.
