The room is empty, clean and ready to move in.
You will be sharing with a 28y.o female so another female is a non-negotiable. She works early AM shift so the candidate has to be okay with these hours and respect quiet nights.
It is a very private 2 bedroom self contained granny flat a 4 minute drive from Charlestown square. Room has a built-in wardrobe and can include a single bed if required.
You'll be sharing with someone who is quiet, enjoys exercise, reading, crafts and woodworking but also her space and alone time. This is not a party house. Sorry no pets (real estate by-law, I would if I could).
Rent is $295.00 per week that includes power and internet. Does not include water but this is not a large expense ($100.00 per annum).
