About the property
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my room, super flexible with the moving date as I’m moving in with my partner. We’re located in Elermore Vale and looking for someone clean and friendly, looking for long-term (at least 12 months), preferably female, around our age range, and LGBT+ friendly. You would be living in the downstairs bedroom and have the downstairs bathroom pretty much to yourself (we only use the washing machine in there)
Room will be unfurnished but has built-in double wardrobe, ceiling fan, and big window with lots of natural light
Rent is $222 a week, not including bills, and bond is $870
Georgia (24) and I (25) both work full time, and are happy being social and spending time in the communal areas but are also happy to do our own thing!
