Hello!
We are looking for a housemate to join our existing lease renewing for 12 months on the 25th of Feb!
Please note a rent increase has already been confirmed for April 13th, which increases the room to $225
Emma and I are both in our 20s, working full time and very chilled out people that value a calm, comfy and clean house. Unfortunately we are unable to accept housemates with pets.
Your room is a private room with lock, built in wardrobe, and ducted air con. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Liv, including shower, bathtub and toilet. Please see attached photos and reach out with any questions :)
We also have a clothesline and covered patio, sorry no grass!
The house (except your room) is furnished and we have all major appliances, although our washing machine misbehaves…
We’re happy to move things around if you have things that can fit within the limited space.

About the flatmates
Em is an organic chemist, working Monday-Friday and I work shift work as a cafe supervisor.
Emma and I enjoy a good chit chat of a night and would love someone to join in, Em has a wicked collection of board games and I’m usually tinkering around with bits and pieces. We’re always open to compromise and making the household as welcoming as possible!
Please note inspections will be unavailable between the 18th-23rd of February as I am out of town, I apologise as this is quite close to the move in date
