About the property
The room is quite new (built end of 2021) and has your own ensuite, air conditioning, built in wardrobe with mirrors, ceiling fan and comes with your own off street parking space behind the house. The room is quite large and offers a private space for your downtime.
The street is a good, quiet street. The house is two doors down from a public school but there are no noise impacts from it. We are surrounded by townhouses mostly and student accommodation as we’re only a 5 min drive to the uni and 10 min drive to John Hunter Hospital. There is a bus stop on Newcastle Road 5 mins walk from the house and Jesmond central shopping centre is a 10-15 min walk.
It is 20 mins drive to the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie beaches and 15 mins to the CBD.
The house is furnished. Fridge, smart tv, lounge, dish washer, washing machine and dryer etc. is all in place. The lock is a smart lock with key code entry so no need to worry about losing keys. The lounge room has aircon and each room has new fans.
The house was completely retrofitted in 2021. The house has a front, side and back yard.

About the flatmates
Hi!
We have a room with ensuite and parking space available and are looking for someone to join Jett and another housemate currently being advertised!
Jett is a mid 20s girl working full time and we are seeking similar housemates who are working or in the later years of their degree. The house is not a party house.
We keep the house clean, I would just ask that everyone keep the common areas clean, your own room is yours to use as you want. There is a lawn mower on the property that the housemates can use to take care of the lawn. This works well for all of us and as a result the house always looks great.
Ideally I would like young professionals or students to share the house with Jett so that everyone can enjoy each other’s company all being in a similar stage in life.
