House is close to University, John, and Mater hospitals, shops, park and bike track with bus stop 2 mins away.
The house is light, bright and airy and opened planned living areas. There is a spacious courtyard and air conditioning in the lounge room.
The house is fully set up and established with all furniture except your room.
There is a nice big pantry all for yourself to store food and any extra cooking bits you have.
Your room is large with a big built in cupboard and tv port. Can easily fit a queen bed, bedsides and tallboy or desk.
The house is not a party house, its a friendly quiet house and I am respectful of privacy and your space but more than happy to have a chat, have dinner and a wine, watch tv / movie now and then.
The room is suitable for 1 person not a couple. Sorry pets not allowed

I work full time Monday to Friday, plus the occasional casual shift on the weekend.
I am a clean and tidy person, who takes pride in my home and like to keep it looking lovely. I am a non smoker.
Im not a partier and most weekends are pretty quite with catching up with family and friends, cooking, going for a walk, lunch / dinner, or just unwinding at home with a movie / netflix.
Week nights are the same, generally a walk after work then relaxing with a home cooked dinner and watching tv. In saying that I dont mind a beer or 2 or glass of wine on the weekend.
